Refund policy
POLICIES
You must take reasonable care when handling any products you wish to return and ensure they remain unused. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred to the items while in your possession, and we reserve the right to reject requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds if the conditions are not met.
In accordance with global retail industry standards and UAE Law No. 24-2006 on Consumer Protection, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following categories: underwear, swimwear, lingerie, hats, health & beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, and cosmetics), or other items that are personalized to your order.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date of your order by emailing Info@Hamacdubai.com.
- Products purchased online can be exchanged through our website or at any Hamac store.
- Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Only eligible items, as specified above, can be exchanged.
- We allow only one exchange per order.
- Online exchanges take 2-3 business days to process.
- Exchanges cannot be made without returning the original product in its original condition, with tags intact.
- If you purchased an item online at a discount and wish to exchange it in-store, you will need to pay the price difference. The discounted price applies only to online purchases, not in-store.
REFUND:
- We do not offer monetary refunds. Store credits will be issued for returned items.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date by emailing Info@Hamacdubai.com, including your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect upon receiving the item
- Incorrect products delivered
ONLINE STORE CREDIT:
- A store credit is a digital code sent via email, which can be used for online purchases only.
- Store credits will be issued once the returned product is received in good condition.
- Store credits are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
- This policy applies exclusively to online purchases.
CANCELLATION:
- To cancel your order, send an email to Info@Hamacdubai.com during working hours and within one hour of placing the order.
- Cancellations cannot be accepted outside of the specified period. Once processed, orders can only be canceled through our return/refund process as mentioned above.
